Instructions to Register

Register each participant separately for the MASTERS 2008 Speech and/or Debate Conferences. Registrations, including host housing requests, will be processed in the order received. Complete registration forms will be processed first. Sunday worship and fellowship activities are being planned. More information, including activity costs, will be sent with your confirmation letter.

The next page contains links to the registration forms for MASTERS 2008 Speech, Debate, or Combo conferences & the Coaches' Clinic, as well as host housing request & meal order forms. Please read each carefully & attentively fill out each applicable field on the form: incomplete or erroneous information may cause delays for your MASTERS 2008 registration. Thank you.

Transportation

Louisville, KY is the closest airport. We regret that there is no CFC airport shuttle service available.

Accomodations

Communicators for Christ has negotiated group rates at Comfort Suites and Super 8. The two are on the same property and share the same parking lot.

To reserve a room at the group rate:
  • Contact the hotel directly, and mention the CFC/Masters Rate.
  • Reserve a room before December 31st, 2007.
  • There are four room types - choose your desired type before calling.
GROUP: Communicators for Christ Rates are available for stays between the dates of Jan 15, 2008, and Jan 24, 2008.
